Michael Christiansen

Mr. Christiansen founded ReNUE Properties in 2005. As Chief Executive Officer Mr. Christiansen is responsible for the companies overall investment strategy and the implementation of long-term goals needed to ensure the company’s success. He is also responsible for raising a significant portion of the firm’s capital. In nearly 15 years of Real Estate Investing Mr. Christiansen has acquired over $100 Million of Real Estate. Prior to founding ReNUE properties Mr. Christiansen was the CEO of the CPI corp.
Mr. Christiansen attended Mt. Royal University in Calgary, AB where he studied Small business and entrepreneurship.
